Progress Report

As you view these, please keep in mind that I've never attempted this level of fabrication before and I have a lot to learn.

Progress

This is what we're currently thrashing around with, although my lack of confidence continues to slow me down quite a bit.

It has been a great learning experience tho and that's what this entire project is all about.

A New Year - Feeling Fortunate

Nothing is certain in today's world and right now I'm just happy to have the means to keep my shop and have a place to hang out and be able to work at my leisure.

In Memory Of Our Fearless Leader

When we were kids, we didn't have anyone like "Big Daddy" Ed Roth around to warp our young minds. But, we did have The Ghoul. He hosted our late night Saturday horror movies on UHF channel 61 in Cleveland in the early 1970s.

Those who know, know.

Our king and fearless leader

Rusty's Words of Wisdumb

Don't turn in shitty work. Take the time to do it right. Learn from your mistakes. Take pride in what you've accomplished. If you're looking to be famous and gain the admiration of total strangers? Become a politician.

Robert L. Williams. Artist.

I won one of these rare prints, large and framed at an online estate auction in Lexington Kentucky about ten years ago. It was stolen before I could pick it up.

Rot in hell motherfucker, whoever you are.

The one that got away (looking back)

My first serious project. Such as it is. Or was. A 1963 Savoy mordoor aka Mr. Stein. A one owner, in state Craigslist find. Two cars to get her to this stage. Sold her (and a buttload of parts) cheap, to someone I thought I was helping out. And.... it turns out they were just out to flip my shit and I lost my ass and a lot of self respect. Now I feel like a chump.

Cope and seethe I guess eh. 😏
